IS BOBBY FRENCH THE LAST UNIDENTIFIED VICTIM OF SERIAL KILLER DEAN CORLL?

Updated: Aug 11, 2018

Dean Corll, AKA The Candyman Killer, is one of the most heinous serial killers I could name. Corll tortured, raped and murdered 30 young boys over a three year span in Houston, Texas in the early 1970s. Corll was murdered by one of his own accomplices and therefore no answers were ever able to be extracted from him. One victim has remained unidentified since the discovery of these crimes. His haunting reconstruction has been publicly available in the hopes that someone would step forward with an identification, yet until now no answers have been forthcoming.

This article seems to point to investigators believing that the identification of this young man is close; he may be a boy named Bobby French, pictured here:

Please note this is not a positive identification; the article implies that law enforcement believes there is credibility behind this suggestion but they are looking for family to step forward with more information.
