New Forensic Art for 1993 Cold Case from Delaware

New forensic art has been created to help depict the appearance of an unidentified female found deceased in Delaware in November1993. Her estimated date of death was over three months prior to when her remains were found on Thanksgiving morning by hunters in an overgrown field of the William J. Baxter Memorial Park, 3 miles northeast of Odessa, Delaware. No clothing or jewelry was found near the body. Her cause of death could not be determined but investigators believe she was most likely the victim of a homicide. She was roughly 5'1" with dark brown hair and she may have once given birth to a child. Identification tips or information in this case should be directed to the Delaware State Police.
