    Found in a holding tank of a water treatment plant at 22nd Street near Lincoln in Pheonix, AZ. The tank had been flushed with chemicals that rendered his body visually unidentifiable. The race of the decedent is believed to be both Caucasian and Hispanic.

    He wore a blue tank top with "Colorado University Boulder" on the front, along with a white sweatshirt with the 1988 Olympic logos, black pants. He carried papers and matchbook for "Barley's Restaurant"
