Cause of death: Homicide by gunshot to the head
She died 30-90 days prior to discovery.
Her fingernails were painted orange.
Her lower left first molar appears to have been extracted approximately 4 months before death and the lower right second molar appears to have been extracted approximately 6 months before death. There is no evidence of any fillings ever having been placed or any dental work ever having been done except for the two extractions.
Wearing: Green long sleeved turtle neck sweater (size large), blue/pink/yellow halter top, light blue Junior Bazaar, Sears and Roebuck Company corduroy pants with initials "S J" on the right rear pocket (size medium), and blue tennis shoes with white bottoms (size 6M). Gold metal earrings
with a peace symbol and a blue stone.
A horseback rider discovered the victim lying in an open grave 12" deep, 69" long and 27" wide in a hilly area near a fire road east of Skyline Drive.
